Tender Heart Home Care Services was born out of founder Shawniece Black’s personal experience and understanding of the challenges families face when seeking quality home care. Four years ago, when Shawniece’s mother suffered a stroke, she encountered difficulties finding compassionate, reliable help while balancing her responsibilities as a nurse. Many providers prioritized cost over care, leaving her with limited options. Drawing from this experience and her 17 years in healthcare, Shawniece decided to create a service that put compassion first and ensured families like hers had an option they could trust.
